I recently took my daughter to Unident for an emergency visit. She has Masshealth insurance and it was hard to get an appointment anywhere. The front desk was able to get her an appointment the same day. She was seen by Dr Prado. Dr Prado and her assistant was wonderful working on my daughter. We even found out they have an orthodontist at the same office. Our visit was very pleasant. Everyone was very helpful. The front desk girls were very accommodating in re-booking our appointments and looking up my daughter's insurance when I forgot her insurance card at home. Highly recommended!

Professional doctors and very nice nurses and staff.
Staff is great, friendly, and most importantly, welcoming. Medical staff are friendly, professional, and well trained. I have a tendency to find where I am comfortable and that is hard to find these days. The Dentist here is phenomenal!!!! If you live on the South Shore and are looking for a new life long dentist who cares about you, your teeth, and your comfort level…..seek no more!!! Not to mention the location is right off the highway and in a familiar area!!
Super helpful staff. The ladies at the front desk were able to schedule me on short notice and worked everything out with my insurance making the entire procedure pain free aside from the pain I was in from the tooth they ultimately had to remove. Dr. Dwider was so informative about the procedure and precise when operating and removing the painful tooth. Thank you so much to everyone working there and took the time to help me out with my condition.
